Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Structured and goal-oriented work approach with the ability to lead and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute technical production technology projects in collaboration with Production, Quality, and R&D teams, ensuring clear milestones and progress tracking.
• Participate in global implementation projects across Europe and Asia, including countries like Poland, India, and China.
• Align expectations with both internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvements in production technologies, focusing on automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Support optimization activities, from minor process enhancements to the full-scale implementation of new production lines.

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in production technology and automation is preferred.
• Project management training or certification is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in production environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean or similar efficiency methodologies is beneficial.
• Experience with CAD or technical drawing tools is desirable.

Education

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.

Tools

• Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools is preferred.
