Job summary

The role involves managing business-critical IT transformation projects focused on infrastructure, digital workplace, security, and IT service management. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving projects from planning to operations, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing large IT projects in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes, ideally with experience in ServiceNow.
  • Ability to operate in multi-vendor setups and enterprise environments with governance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate technical initiatives into deliverables that provide clear business value.
  • Implement ITSM processes effectively and embed security and compliance in project delivery.
  • Ensure a structured transition to operations with clear ownership and service readiness.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Ability to create clarity in complex situations and maintain focus on progress.
  • Pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to project management.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT project management.

Tools

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
