Job summary

In this role, you will oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for managing daily field activities, facilitating communication, and addressing issues related to progress, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Skills in building relationships with team members and clients

Responsibilities

• Manage large construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Monitor daily activities on-site and manage information flow
• Assist in the completion of handover plans and documentation
• Lead onsite assessments and ensure safety practices are followed
• Coordinate snagging activities with client and contractor teams
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues
• Implement and monitor key project processes
• Lead meetings to track progress and address challenges
• Review variations and delays in project work

Education

• Degree in project management or construction discipline preferred
