Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 12 years of related experience, including 7 years in project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of delivering results within quality and timeline metrics
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Effective team leadership capabilities
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, objectives, and quality of deliverables
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage budgets
• Supervise project management information systems
• Lead project activities to ensure milestones are achieved
• Assess risks and implement management plans
• Ensure resource availability for project deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a key relationship manager for clients
• Participate in RFP and budget development, and sales presentations
• Provide technical expertise and training to other project managers
• Oversee staff management in compliance with organizational policies
