Project Manager (Engineering, Denmark)

Job summary

This permanent position involves managing a portfolio of engineering projects over the next five years, focusing on owner-furnished equipment (OFCI) throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with a dynamic, multi-functional team to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
• Over 5 years of experience in data center, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
• Proven background in equipment coordination or package management within construction or commissioning environments
• Strong stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all OFCI equipment packages, maintaining tracking registers and delivery schedules
• Serve as the primary contact between clients, vendors, and site teams
• Monitor vendor progress and coordinate logistics, including shipping and customs clearance
• Manage site delivery, storage, and handling of equipment
• Liaise with construction teams to integrate installations into project schedules
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage inspection processes
• Provide detailed reporting on equipment status and project risks
• Coordinate readiness for commissioning and handover processes

Skills

• Strong understanding of project sequencing and installation workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)

Tools

• Familiarity with European standards (IEC, EN) is desirable
