About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading standardization initiatives within the Engineering Model Standardisation Initiatives team. The Project Manager will translate complex engineering topics into shared practices, ensuring alignment and adoption across various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or initiative management, preferably in cross-functional settings.
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Background in engineering, life sciences, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in project environments within pharma or regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and lead standardization initiatives, creating clear plans and milestones.
  • Map current workflows and gather input to develop practical standards and guidance.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and decision forums to clarify complex topics.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build alignment and support for new practices.
  • Develop and deliver communication and training materials to aid in the adoption of new ways of working.

  • Ability to build trust and alignment across teams and disciplines.

Education
