Job summary

As a Project Manager specializing in Campaign Delivery, you will serve as a strategic partner for a high-profile luxury client, ensuring the effective execution of their marketing campaigns. Your role will involve managing the campaign calendar, providing insights, and facilitating communication between the client and internal teams to deliver premium brand experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
  • Proven track record of working with luxury and/or premium brands, with automotive experience being a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, demonstrating the ability to act as a strategic partner rather than merely managing tasks.
  • Strong experience in managing campaign calendars and prioritizing workflows in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good understanding of CRM best practices and the components of digital, data-driven, and marketing automation projects.
  • Experience in bridging the gap between client stakeholders and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the client’s campaign calendar, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of marketing activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and specialists to align technical execution with strategic goals.
  • Provide proactive insights and clarity to the client, addressing delivery challenges and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Deliver structured updates to the client regarding project progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Manage daily client communications, fostering a partnership based on trust and transparency.
  • Create project timelines, track milestones, and monitor budgets to ensure campaigns are executed within scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, data specialists) to meet the quality standards expected by a luxury brand.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
