Project Manager (Business Development, Aarhus)

Job summary

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Business Development, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and transformations within an international retail organization. You will collaborate closely with Executive Management and various leadership teams to identify opportunities and execute key priorities across different markets and functions.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in project management, consulting, PMO, strategy, or business development for Project Manager role.
• 7+ years of relevant experience for Senior Project Manager role, focusing on complex transformation programs.
• Strong project/program management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen; retail experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in change management and facilitation.
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Structure and analyze complex business challenges to identify root causes.
• Develop actionable business cases and present insights to senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across various functions and markets.
• Lead strategic initiatives from conception to implementation, ensuring effective change management and governance.
