Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operational experience in Customer Services, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with modern communication tools.
• Experience in the aviation sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Customer Resolution Services with daily tasks, including planning and follow-up.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making related to customer experience and efficiency.
• Coordinate global team activities, including workshops and alignment efforts.
• Manage internal and external communications to enhance team visibility.
• Support Order2Invoice (O2I) responsibilities through data analytics and project management.
