Qualifications

• Over 5 years of project management experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or fast-paced in-house digital team.
• Proven track record of managing complex digital products and services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global and local programs, including innovation, strategy, and performance marketing.
• Define project scopes and develop comprehensive plans covering objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Forecast resource needs and assist with allocation across teams.
• Guide teams to meet project goals and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality products.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and shape project setups for success.
