Responsibilities

• Manage large scale construction projects for clients
• Monitor day-to-day activities and report on issues
• Assist in completing handover plans and documentation
• Lead onsite assessments and ensure safety practices
• Coordinate snagging activities with client and contractor teams
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues
• Implement and monitor key project processes
• Lead and attend meetings to discuss progress and problem-solving
• Review proposed variations and delays in project work

Education

• Degree in project management or construction discipline preferred
