Project Manager

Job summary

The role involves leading and coordinating cross-functional strategic projects within a high-tech production environment. The Project Manager will report to the CEO and work closely with various departments to ensure effective execution of business-critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in managing complex, high-priority projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional background in manufacturing, industrial, technical, defense, aerospace, or energy sectors is preferred.
• Experience in PMO, transformation, management consulting, or strategic operations is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in grant applications, business cases, and project governance in greenfield environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from scoping through execution and closure, ensuring clear ownership and decision points.
• Coordinate high-priority projects including grant applications and budget preparations.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and consolidate inputs from various functions.
• Support the implementation of new processes and identify operational gaps.

Skills

• Strong planning, tracking, and execution discipline.
• Familiarity with project governance tools and budgeting logic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Education

• Relevant educational background in project management or related fields is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with project governance tools and methodologies is advantageous.
