Project Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and execution of new features within decanter and high-speed automation platform portfolios. The Project Manager will coordinate activities across various functions, ensuring successful delivery of product development projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in project management, product development, and automation leadership within the mechanical industry or a similar technical environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and feature development projects from initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Drive the implementation of new features within the decanter automation platform portfolio.
• Coordinate design activities performed by multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Manage project resources and make decisions within agreed frameworks, responsibilities, and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across R&D, factories, suppliers, business units, and global sales teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation actions as needed.
• Prepare and present project status updates to steering committees and management teams.
• Ensure transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
