Job summary

The Project Management Team Lead will oversee and develop the Nordic Project Management function, ensuring successful customer implementations and strategic projects across the region. This role involves leading a team of Project Managers while actively engaging in complex customer engagements and delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Typically 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Delivery, Professional Services, or Programme Management, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
  • Previous experience in people leadership or significant coaching and mentoring roles.
  • Strong customer delivery experience, including managing escalations and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness with experience in balancing customer needs and project economics.
  • Confidence in estimation, forecasting, resource planning, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and customer organizations.
  • Strong ownership mentality with a focus on action and problem-solving.
  • Digital mindset with interest in AI and automation tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or Scrum are beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Nordic Project Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee complex customer implementations, ensuring delivery meets scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive project governance, portfolio visibility, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for customer engagements, supporting communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, Product, and Support to align delivery with commercial goals.
  • Promote modern working methods through AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support project estimation, scope management, and strategic customer opportunities.

Education
