About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the leadership of a research unit focused on clinical pharmacology, pharmacy, and environmental medicine. The position is full-time for a duration of five years, starting from September 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree, preferably in health sciences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in grant management, project management, or related areas is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage grants and coordinate teaching activities.
  • Implement initiatives from the leadership team.
  • Provide coordination and advice on legal contracts for collaborations.
  • Oversee project management for a phase IV clinical study.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in an international research environment.

Education

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management tools and grant management systems is beneficial.
