Project Coordinator

Job summary

The role involves supporting the successful delivery of data center development and construction projects by coordinating administrative workflows and ensuring effective communication among teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or support roles within construction, infrastructure, or similar environments; experience in the data center sector is advantageous.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management and document control platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for coordination between internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain and organize critical project documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Manage logistics for project meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on commitments.
• Assist Project Managers with progress tracking and schedule maintenance.
• Support site activities, including contractor onboarding and delivery logistics.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for project reviews.

Education

• Relevant degree or vocational qualification in a related field.
