Project and Resource Manager (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves managing the allocation of research capacity across numerous market research projects within a fully remote environment. The Project & Resource Manager will coordinate between various teams to ensure projects are assessed, prioritized, and staffed effectively, while also contributing to process improvements and automation efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning, preferably in market research.
• Ability to manage a high volume of parallel requests while maintaining structure under pressure.
• Strong prioritization skills to balance competing demands.
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders across teams.
• Comfortable making decisions based on capacity and priorities.
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong affinity for structure and processes.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming project requests and clarify requirements with Account Management and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate and allocate researchers to projects based on availability, capacity, and priority.
• Maintain an overview of researcher bandwidth across multiple projects.
• Prioritize incoming work using defined criteria and communicate timelines internally.
• Identify bottlenecks in project flow and support improvements in handover processes.
• Assist in implementing automation and tooling to reduce manual coordination effort.
• Collaborate with Research Leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
