Job summary

This role is focused on managing research operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient coordination for high-quality insights delivery. You will oversee the allocation of research resources across multiple projects, acting as a liaison between various teams to translate requests into actionable workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning, preferably in a market research or similar environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills, with the capacity to balance urgency and complexity.
• Strong communication skills to align and influence stakeholders across different functions.
• Confidence in making capacity-based decisions and explaining trade-offs.
• Adaptability in dynamic environments where priorities frequently shift.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on operational improvement.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
