Job summary

The role involves managing the allocation of research capacity across numerous market research projects, ensuring timely and structured coordination between various teams. You will assess project requests, prioritize tasks, and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning, preferably in market research.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel requests under time constraints.
• Excellent prioritization abilities to balance competing demands.
• Clear and confident communication skills with stakeholders across teams.
• Decision-making capability based on capacity and priorities.
• Hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a strong affinity for structure and processes.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and clarify incoming project requests with Account Management and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate and allocate researchers based on availability and project priority.
• Maintain an overview of researcher bandwidth across projects.
• Prioritize work using defined criteria and communicate timelines.
• Identify project flow bottlenecks and support process improvements.
• Assist in implementing automation and tooling to reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with Research Leadership to enhance operational efficiency.
