Programme Manager (Supply Chain, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Programme Manager will oversee the management and coordination of the organization's engagement in the Humanitarian Leadership Group on Supply Chains (HLGSC), ensuring effective implementation of commitments and workstreams related to preparedness and localization. This role involves strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and multi-partner collaboration to enhance program delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Development, Public Administration, Humanitarian Affairs, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in programme management, partnership management, or strategic coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of the organization's engagement in HLGSC, ensuring coherent implementation across workstreams.
• Maintain oversight of programme priorities, advising management on emerging issues and opportunities.
• Coordinate engagement with strategic partners and governance structures.
• Develop and oversee implementation plans, budgets, and reporting for preparedness and localization workstreams.
• Monitor progress against deliverables and resolve delivery risks.
• Facilitate collaboration across various stakeholders, including NGOs, UN agencies, and technical experts.
• Prepare high-quality reports and maintain programme documentation.
