Program Manager (Salesforce, On-site)

Job summary

The role involves leading digital transformations using the Salesforce platform, managing a team of specialists to deliver innovative business solutions for clients. You will be responsible for ensuring project success by interacting directly with clients, managing timeframes and budgets, and building lasting relationships with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor or Masters)
• Over 5 years of professional experience in system implementation
• Strong understanding of CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce
• Experience as a CRM consultant or industry specialist in large-scale transformation projects
• Passion for digital solutions and technology
• Strong domain knowledge in Sales, Marketing, and Services strategy
• Experience managing end-to-end transformation projects with client interaction
• Experience in writing and leading bids for transformation initiatives
• Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
