Job summary

The role involves leading the execution of global operations programs and lifecycle activities within a large production environment. The program manager will ensure alignment across functions and oversee program governance, focusing on operational readiness and timely delivery of product initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management within a large production company.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage projects independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global product launch programs within operations.
  • Manage stage gate governance, ensuring alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Define and oversee program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across functions.
  • Communicate proactively about risks, issues, and key decisions.
  • Coordinate lifecycle activities, including product introductions and discontinuations.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on phase-in and phase-out plans.
  • Maintain visibility of the lifecycle portfolio and support prioritization of initiatives.
  • Identify and manage risks related to supply chain and operational readiness.
  • Improve lifecycle management processes across sites and brands.

Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Experience in industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or electronics, with a focus on supply chain optimization.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or related fields.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
