The role focuses on providing expert guidance to align maintenance operations with the A220 C-Check Mission's strategy, translating operational data into actionable business intelligence. It serves as a bridge between operations and leadership, ensuring performance accountability and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Aerospace, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in program management, project management, or product management, preferably in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor KPIs to ensure operational improvements are realized.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Prepare diagnoses and solution recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to standardize procedures.
  • Lead discussions with customers to align on maintenance improvements.
  • Translate customer feedback into operational changes.
  • Convert ground-level data into management language for executive briefings.
  • Evaluate and select new tools to address identified inefficiencies.

Skills

  • Proficient in data translation and creating actionable reports for senior management.
  • Deep knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and reliability-centered maintenance.
  • Experience in overseeing large-scale improvement projects.
  • Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to navigate internal politics and build consensus across departments.

Education

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Tools

  • Familiarity with operational data analysis tools and presentation software.
