Program Management Student Assistant

Job summary

This role involves supporting the LTA Program Management team, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global program management and change management. The position is based in Esplanaden and requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.

Qualifications

• Currently in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree with plans to start a Master's degree at a Danish University.
• Proactive, structured, and eager to learn.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across teams.
• Basic experience in project/program management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the LTA Program Manager with status reporting and controls tracking.
• Organize and maintain shared team spaces and repositories, ensuring up-to-date materials.
• Support the maintenance of the LTA roadmap, tracking milestones and timelines.
• Help structure sprint documentation and track deliverables.
• Contribute to enhancing program frameworks for better governance and execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between LTA and Global Sales teams.
• Organize agendas for meetings and support effective discussions.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and research for process improvements.

Skills

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint is beneficial.
• Curiosity about process improvement and change management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education

• Must be in the final semester of a Bachelor's degree with intent to pursue a Master's degree immediately after.
