Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations with team members.
  • Coach Product Specialists in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the team expands.
  • Ensure each market receives necessary product support and attention.
  • Own the framework for collecting and communicating product feedback across all markets.
  • Drive accountability in the feedback loop between Product Specialists and Product Managers.
  • Regular travel to local markets to support teams and assist with product launches.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills across functions with varying priorities.
  • Ability to provide direct and timely feedback.
  • Flexibility to adapt management style to different cultural contexts.

Education

  • Industry experience is not a requirement; leadership and adaptability are prioritized.
