Responsibilities

  • Manage development quality processes for the product range
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and performance metrics
  • Conduct reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor product performance data for trends
  • Provide guidance to the development team on quality issues
  • Communicate quality metrics and project progress to stakeholders

Skills

  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for communication systems

Tools

Travel Requirements

  • Proficient in Teams and Zoom platforms
  • Utilization of DFMEA, CTQ, QFD, design guidelines, and quality planning techniques
  • 1-2 weeks per year.
