Product Owner (On-site, Hedehusene or Warsaw)

Job summary

This role involves leading the development of the ServiceNow Enterprise Employee Center, enhancing the employee experience across various services. The Product Owner will define the product vision and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure usability and value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management position.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly with Employee Center or portal frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with internal digital products like employee portals or enterprise platforms.
• Ability to convert complex requirements into clear, actionable backlog items.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the ServiceNow Employee Center.
• Act as the voice of the employee to ensure usability and adoption.
• Translate business needs into prioritized user stories.
• Collaborate with platform teams, developers, and service owners across various departments.
• Work with UX, analytics, and change teams to enhance user journeys.
• Drive continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
• Establish a Platform Community forum for transparency and shared ownership.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and UX standards.
• Support end-to-end release processes, including testing and rollout.

Skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) is a plus.
• Experience in UX, journey mapping, or employee experience design is advantageous.
• Background in ITSM, HRSD, or Enterprise Service Management is beneficial.
• Experience in driving adoption and value realization.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.
