Product Owner (On-site, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves transforming business needs into digital solutions within Product Supply IT. The Product Owner will work closely with stakeholders to maximize value and shape the product direction.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience with Agile product development and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of Product Supply, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or ERP-related processes.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 FO is a plus, especially in a pharmaceutical context.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Product Supply IT solutions.
• Collaborate within a self-organizing product team to make informed decisions and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and align expectations.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of product capabilities and processes.
• Participate in daily operations to ensure stable solutions and quick resolution of issues.
• Oversee vendor management and contracts related to the products.

• Natural facilitator with strong collaboration and clarity skills.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and create trust across business and IT.

Education

• Relevant academic degree in a related field.
