Product Owner (Experience Management, Nordic Region, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing experience management for both customers and employees within a leading Nordic financial institution. The Product Owner will lead an agile team responsible for developing the Experience Management platform and related integrations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities towards 2030.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey design, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Understanding of how to integrate Qualtrics with other applications and expand its use across the business.
• Senior-level experience in strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with the application landscape, particularly regarding customer information.
• Knowledge of data management, integrations, and APIs.
• Customer-centric mindset with an understanding of customer journeys.
• Technical proficiency in SaaS and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience Management Integrations team and own the technical foundation for Experience Management.
• Collaborate with product managers, other product owners, and stakeholders to define and communicate requirements.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and facilitate development processes.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of survey and feedback processes.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and act as an ambassador for Experience Management.

Education
