Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2C product management, particularly with complex discovery and recommendation systems.
• Proven success in enhancing user activation and onboarding in consumer digital products.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design in subscription-based contexts.
• Experience with data-driven product development, including A/B testing and behavioral analysis.
• Ability to design effective segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Analytical mindset to identify user problems beyond basic feature requests.
• Experience in high-choice environments with multiple user options.
• Fluency in Russian is required.
