Product Manager (Remote)

Job summary

Seeking a Russian-speaking Product Manager with robust Project Management skills for a fully remote position in a fintech setting. The role involves collaborating with the CTO, engineering teams, clients, and business stakeholders to translate business concepts into actionable product requirements and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage product requirements, user stories, backlog prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather insights, understand business needs, and pinpoint significant product opportunities.
• Lead A/B testing, feature flags, data collection, and make data-driven product decisions based on ROI.
• Develop user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to effectively communicate product requirements.
• Coordinate across teams, manage sprints, dependencies, blockers, and releases to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with the CTO and engineers to navigate product and technical tradeoffs while maintaining aligned priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven software Product Management experience with hands-on Project Management or Business Analysis skills.
• Familiarity with product discovery, user stories, roadmaps, prioritization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in creating user flows and low-fidelity wireframes using tools like Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar.
• Strong Agile/Scrum methodology and cross-functional delivery experience.
• Ability to engage directly with clients, CTOs, engineers, and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; experience in fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries is preferred.
