Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to build solutions and manage the end-to-end experience of product delivery.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and strategic plans.
  • Ship product improvements iteratively and efficiently, focusing on high ROI.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promoting team efforts and contributions.
  • Work autonomously on features and iterations, seeking support only for complex challenges.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with key business KPIs and aligning team metrics to improve them.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related field.

Tools

  • Experience with AI tooling for product development, such as Cursor or Claude Code.
