Product Manager & Product Owner (AI, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves defining and delivering AI capabilities within the insurance domain, focusing on enhancing the INSIS platform. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and manage the product backlog effectively.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or strategy consulting, particularly in the insurance sector.
• Experience from a reputable strategy or technology consulting firm is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation in the insurance and pension industries, including core processes.
• Knowledge of AI applications in insurance, including generative AI and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across the insurance value chain, such as claims triage and underwriting automation.
• Engage with insurers and partners to validate problem statements and shape the AI roadmap.
• Write detailed Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Own and manage the AI backlog, ensuring prioritization and alignment with capacity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive features from development to production.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure successful feature adoption.
• Monitor market trends and gather feedback to inform product development.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to define KPIs and monitor performance post-release.
• Experience in agile methodologies and product delivery.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies.
