Job summary

This role focuses on managing a specific sub-area of a technical orchestration platform that facilitates global payments. The position involves shaping payment routing, retries, authentication, and optimization across various providers and markets, directly influencing conversion rates and revenue for merchants.

Qualifications

  • Strong product ownership experience with a history of delivering impactful outcomes in complex technical settings.
  • Proven ability to manage a product area or significant feature set from inception to completion with measurable business or user impact.
  • Capability to independently define and structure ambiguous problem spaces without relying on predefined requirements.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers on system design, APIs, integrations, and orchestration logic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams and identifying risks early.
  • Experience in data-informed environments and defining success metrics is highly valued.
  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, routing, authentication, or PSP integrations is advantageous.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering to assess feasibility, trade-offs, and system design decisions.

  • Lead launch readiness and iterate post-launch based on performance data.
  • Clearly communicate product decisions across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
