Product Manager (On-site, Europe or Canada)

Job summary

The role involves managing the Portals product within a fast-growing Software Product Management team, focusing on creating a connected ecosystem for the construction industry. The Product Manager will guide products from research to launch, ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within a B2B SaaS or platform/industrial software environment.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant platforms, white-label products, or complex partner ecosystems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to implementing strategic product plans.
• Effective communication skills for asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
• Experience in the full product lifecycle, from backlog refinement to go-to-market coordination.
• Ability to navigate trade-offs and drive cross-functional clarity.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on defining and measuring progress using data.

Responsibilities

• Own the Portals product and its roadmap, defining features and workflows that enhance customer experience.
• Drive end-to-end product execution, collaborating with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Lead go-to-market efforts, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for successful product launches.
