Product Manager (MedTech, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves managing the product portfolio and leading new product introduction (NPI) activities within a global MedTech environment. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, audiology, or a related field.
• Solid experience in product management, particularly in NPI.
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience in the medical device industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with global, matrix organizations is a plus.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills to translate customer insights into product requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product lifecycle, including updates and phase-out activities.
• Lead NPI activities from concept to market launch.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and launch plans with global stakeholders.
• Contribute to product positioning and commercial storytelling.
• Ensure effective launch execution in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Operations.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market and clinical insights.
• Engage with key opinion leaders for validation and advocacy.
• Support post-market activities and collaborate with Quality on product performance.
• Provide training and insights to commercial teams.

Education
