Job summary

This role involves managing the development and optimization of a loyalty platform aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving revenue growth. The Product Manager will focus on delivering measurable outcomes and improving customer experiences across various digital and in-store channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end ownership of digital products.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Experience with customer-facing platforms such as mobile, web, CRM, or loyalty programs.
• Strong understanding of KPIs related to engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Technical fluency with digital platforms and data ecosystems.
