Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end ownership of digital products.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Experience with customer-facing platforms such as mobile, web, CRM, or loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs related to engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence decisions.
  • Technical fluency with digital platforms and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own customer and business outcomes, ensuring measurable impacts.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on expected value and strategic alignment.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and impactful customer experiences.
  • Champion customer-centric loyalty experiences that are personalized and relevant.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for data-backed storytelling.
  • Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with loyalty, rewards, personalization, or CRM platforms is preferred.
