Job summary

This role involves driving the adoption and development of a global customer platform within a leading transport and logistics company. The Product Manager will work closely with various teams to enhance customer engagement and platform usage.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of logistics and freight forwarding processes.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with business analysis, data analysis, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Define and steer the strategic direction for platform adoption in line with the digitalisation roadmap.
  • Lead global adoption initiatives in collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
  • Monitor platform usage metrics and KPIs to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather customer feedback and support usability improvements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, SOPs, and KPI documentation.

Skills

  • Proficiency in digital platforms and tools such as CW1, PowerBI, and CRM systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or a related field.
