Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Life and Pension products from industry roles or a relevant actuarial education.
• Knowledge of the Life and Pension market, particularly in Denmark, including regulations and customer requirements.
• Proven experience in product management and task prioritization.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High energy and drive for continuous improvement.
• Excellent sense of responsibility and commercial awareness.
• Proficient in English, with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners and Project Managers, focusing on performance development and leadership.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities in the Life and Pension domain.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to define product vision and strategic objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communications and present product roadmaps at client forums.
• Own product direction and roadmap sequencing, balancing customer needs with internal improvements.
• Make decisions on product lifecycle management, ensuring commercial viability and technical soundness.
