Job summary

This role is for an on-site Product Manager based in Copenhagen, Denmark, focusing on compliance-driven innovation in the iGaming sector for the Swedish market. The position involves bridging regulatory landscapes with user experiences to drive product growth from conception to launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry.
• Direct experience with Swedish iGaming regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record managing all phases of a product's lifecycle.
• Solid technical background with exposure to software development and web technologies.
• Strong analytical skills in data, market, and competitive analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a product strategy and roadmap tailored to Swedish regulatory requirements.
• Build alignment for the product vision across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.
• Translate strategy into detailed technical requirements and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize resources and achieve timely product launches.
• Lead end-to-end product launches in coordination with executive leadership.

Skills

• Expertise in iGaming and familiarity with online Casino operations.
• Understanding of international responsible gambling frameworks is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with product management tools and software development methodologies is advantageous.
