Product Manager (Fintech)

Job summary

Seeking a Russian-speaking Product Manager with a strong background in Project Management to work in an early-stage fintech environment. The role involves collaborating with the CTO, engineering team, and business stakeholders to translate business ideas into actionable product requirements and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Transform vague business requests into detailed requirements, user flows, wireframes, and prioritized backlogs.
• Manage backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, urgency, and engineering effort.
• Coordinate sprints and releases while addressing scope, risks, and changing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineers to clarify requirements and document key changes.
• Utilize hands-on Product Management and Business Analysis skills to drive project success.
• Create clear user flows and executable plans using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro.
• Engage directly with technical teams to discuss constraints and make informed product decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Stable employment history, typically 2–3+ years per company, or credible explanations for shorter tenures.
• Preferred experience in fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries.

Skills

• Strong software Project Management skills.
• Hands-on experience with requirements discovery, user stories, and backlog management.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar tools.
