Product Manager (AI & Shared Capabilities)

Job summary

This role focuses on driving the roadmap for scalable AI and shared platform capabilities within a SaaS environment. Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or technology setting.
• Proven experience in AI and data-driven product development.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, platform services, and data flows.
• Experience in driving the adoption of new capabilities across teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for shared AI, data, and platform capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to enhance customer workflows and automation.
• Maintain the backlog for shared capabilities and AI-powered platform features.
• Coordinate delivery plans and priorities across various products and teams.
• Develop business cases and success metrics for strategic AI initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable and practical solutions.
• Support the adoption of new capabilities across products and teams.
