• Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, platform services, and data flows is essential.
• Experience in promoting the adoption of new capabilities across teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for shared AI, data, and platform capabilities across products.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that enhance customer workflows, automation, and decision-making support.
• Maintain the backlog for shared capabilities and AI-driven platform features.
• Coordinate delivery plans and initiatives across various products and teams.
• Develop business cases and success metrics for strategic AI and platform initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable and practical solutions.
• Facilitate the adoption of new capabilities across products and teams.
