Qualifications

  • AI-native working style with experience in using LLM assistants and AI tools for product development.
  • Ability to quickly learn about the freight and logistics domain.
  • Proven experience in driving AI/ML-powered products from concept to market.
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B SaaS product management with a successful track record.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and ROI discussions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features for maximum customer impact.
  • Develop the value narrative for customer engagement and navigate to senior decision-makers.
  • Define ideal customer profiles and positioning against competitors.
  • Collaborate with engineering to guide the productization of AI capabilities.
  • Build functional prototypes to validate ideas before full-scale development.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML products and their implementation.
  • Experience in competitive research and customer feedback synthesis.
  • Ability to write clear specifications focusing on intent and outcomes.

Education

  • Relevant experience in product management, particularly in AI and SaaS environments.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tooling for prototyping and product development.
