Product Manager (Agriculture, Assentoft)

Job summary

The role involves leading the development and expansion of the Beef x Dairy (BxD) concept across Nordic countries and internationally. The Product Manager will work closely with colleagues, customers, and value chain partners to drive strategic and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Agricultural Technician, Agricultural Economist, Agronomist, or similar
• Practical experience in the cattle sector or advisory services
• Basic understanding of quantitative genetics
• Knowledge of national breeding structures is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and a Nordic language
• Outgoing personality comfortable working with breeders and stakeholders
• Structured and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the BxD Breed Ambassador group across Nordic countries
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including slaughterhouses and beef producers
• Participate in working groups to enhance BxD awareness and performance
• Drive commitment to BxD across the organization
• Support sales activities in home and export markets
• Develop a system for insemination proposals for high-ranking females
• Maintain contact with beef breeders
• Host visits from national and international stakeholders
• Expect travel activity

Education

• Relevant degree in agricultural or related fields
