Product Line Manager (Outdoor, On-site, Tønder)

Job summary

This role involves managing the product line for Outdoor footwear, focusing on transforming category direction into scalable products that perform consistently. The position is a 12-month maternity cover based in Tønder, Denmark, with potential for a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Product Development, or a related field.
• Experience in product development, product management, or innovation within footwear, apparel, or consumer products.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive product briefs, development milestones, and ensure collection readiness across key product gates.
• Manage product data, costing information, and development activities in PLM systems with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with Design, Global Development & Engineering, and Production to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor product architecture, technical requirements, and maintain collection consistency across product families.
• Support cost management and decision-making through structured data analysis and reporting.

Skills

• Strong technical understanding of product requirements, materials, constructions, and costing principles.
• Proficient in working with product data and PLM systems, with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build productive relationships across functions and cultures.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
