Responsibilities

• Guide product teams through change, maintaining focus on value creation and deliverables.
• Recruit, develop, and support a diverse team of 6-8 product managers.
• Empower teams to define quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with strategic priorities.
• Ensure product teams understand key problems to solve and have clarity in their objectives.
• Develop and support the medium to long-term vision and strategy for the product area.
• Collaborate with research teams to identify market trends and product discovery needs.
