Job summary

The role involves leading the development and introduction of offshore wind turbine products, focusing on maturing and launching competitive offerings in the sustainable energy sector. Responsibilities include managing product requirements, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and overseeing technical execution of product development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• Significant experience in product development, technical project management, or product management
• Familiarity with stage-gate development and system engineering processes
• Preferred experience in the wind industry or large international companies with complex product development
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Consolidate market use cases and formalize product requirements
• Ensure alignment and trade-offs between different product modules
• Lead scoping and technical execution of product development projects
• Conduct technical reviews at the product level
• Manage product-level risks and support commercial projects
• Oversee product verification, validation, and prototype management
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, manufacturing, and service teams to support market launch activities
