Job summary

The role involves managing the audiology strategy, roadmap, and market performance of hearing solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. As a Team Lead, the individual will oversee a team of Product Directors and Senior Product Managers, driving innovation and customer value in hearing solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in technical products, preferably in medical devices or audiology.
• At least 2 years of line management experience leading small teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy, product, and market impact.
• Experience in managing complex products and multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a structured decision-making approach.
• Excellent communication skills to build alignment across various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the audiology strategy based on market insights and customer needs.
• Develop and manage the audiology roadmap, ensuring prioritization and execution of key initiatives.
• Translate customer feedback and market trends into value propositions for hearing solutions.
• Set performance targets for product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Lead and mentor the product team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with various departments including Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations.

Skills

• Strategic thinking and portfolio leadership.
• Experience with SAFe / Lean Portfolio Management.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage complexity and make informed trade-offs.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred.
