Job summary

This role focuses on managing the central agentic platform and transforming product functions to enhance efficiency and agent-driven processes. The position involves defining workflows, building shared infrastructure, and collaborating with various teams to implement changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in product management or product operations, with experience working closely with proficient PMs.
• An AI-native working style, proficient with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents to replace manual processes.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to impose structure on ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the product operating system, focusing on agent-driven processes for prioritization, specification, and launch.
• Manage roadmap planning cycles and portfolio prioritization, eliminating unnecessary processes.
• Set standards for product specifications, creating templates that facilitate agent-driven workflows.
• Oversee the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring readiness and effective communication.
• Maintain organization-wide coordination, facilitating cross-functional work and communication.
• Build and sustain the shared agentic platform, establishing best practices and governance models.

Skills

• Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with product tooling such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, or Aha! is advantageous.
• Background in change management or organizational design is a plus.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with AI tools and product management software is essential.
