Job summary

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing supplier relationships and driving commercial optimization across European operations. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies that create long-term value through effective stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree in Law, Business Administration, Commercial Law, or a similar field.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, contract management, or related areas.
• Experience in transport, distribution, logistics, or similar supplier-driven environments is advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing complex supplier agreements.
• Proven analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities and build business cases.
• Experience in stakeholder management and balancing commercial and operational considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for commercial optimization in supplier agreements and pricing structures.
• Develop business cases and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align priorities.
• Translate business needs into effective commercial and contractual solutions.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and tender processes.
• Evaluate suppliers and commercial models to secure optimal outcomes.
• Work closely with Legal to assess risks and support negotiations.
• Drive commercial initiatives from identification through implementation and realization of value.
• Support the development of supplier governance frameworks and best practices.

Education
